To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the available payment method or as mutually agreed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered by us.
